How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on the work, your current setup and any third-party licences or services required. We will confirm scope, inclusions, timing and applicable charges in a written quote before you decide. No fixed package prices are listed at this stage.
Can you improve an existing WordPress website?
Yes. We can discuss a redesign, new pages, content updates or maintenance. We first review the website and access requirements to understand what is practical.
How does remote support work?
We first agree a suitable time and the scope of assistance. Any remote connection requires your permission. Do not share passwords, payment details or recovery codes in the enquiry form.
Do you offer emergency or 24/7 support?
Response times and support hours are agreed for each engagement. This website does not offer an emergency response or a 24/7 support guarantee.
Will I be able to update my website?
WordPress page content can be edited by your authorised team. Website projects can include an editor walkthrough and a handover of the agreed access and documentation.
