Agree the scope
We outline the proposed work, deliverables, estimated timing and pricing. Third-party services and any exclusions are discussed before you commit.
Build, configure or resolve
We carry out the agreed work and keep you informed. Website projects include review points; technical support follows the agreed access and troubleshooting plan.
Check and hand over
We review the result against the scope, explain how it works and provide the agreed handover. Ongoing care can be arranged separately if you need it.
